Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

General Sale Terms The current rental will commence between 17h00 to 22H00 maximum except express permission of the landlord and terminate at 10h00 maximum, at which date and time the premises shall be handed over to the proprietor. A statement of the general condition of the premises as well as an inventory of fixtures, fittings, furnishings and utensils shall be given to the tenant upon arrival. A deposit shall be taken as a guarantee for the sum of 1000 € credit card number , which shall be returned at the end of the rental period, provided that the number of persons accommodated did not exceed the numbers agreed and that the accommodation is returned in the same condition as it was received by the tenant. The daily cleaning and at the end of the stay are included in the rate. Council taxes, gas, water, electricity, heating will be included in the price of the rent. The rental includes the provision of blankets, bolsters and pillows, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels and kitchen utensils. The premises being rented may not at any time be occupied by more than the number of persons agreed, unless prior agreement is sought from the proprietor, who reserves the right at any time to forbid such occupancy, in order to avoid excess wear and tear on the property The apartment is no smoking. Except with the express permission of the landlord, animals, including pets, are not allowed. Upon arrival of the tenant, rules of procedure will be presented which will be subject in all respects The tenant may not give up to a third party all or part of the rental agreement, nor may he sub-let. The lessee acknowledges that the premises covered by this contract are only rented it as a temporary residence and the duration of the lease is granted and accepted without any possibility of renewal unless otherwise agreed with the owner No respect of this contract will be considered breach without reimbursement of the rental in exception of the deposit if the apartment is correct A tourist tax will be collected by the proprietor at the rate set by the Commune of Chamonix, which is 1,50 € per day, per person over 13 years of age. Out of this the tenant will receive a Carte de Séjour which gives access to local transport in the valley free of charge, as well as other reductions. The owner reserves the right, for any reasons, to provide another apartment of equal or higher benefit without any recourse. The booking will be make after validation of the pre-reservation from the owner. If the booking date is more than one month before the stay, a deposit of 30 of the rental amount is deducted and the balance will be requested one month prior to arrival. If the booking date is less than or equal to one month from the arrival date of arrival, the balance will be called upon confirmation of booking In case of an interruption in the use of the property by the tenant, no reimbursement shall be returned, except for the guarantee deposit mentioned.
